A vibrant church committed to discipleship and outreach is seeking a full time Director of High School Ministries. Van Dyke Church, a 3000-member congregation located in Lutz, FL, is committed to its students and is seeking a staff member who can implement a ministry to reach its vision of leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
The Van Dyke Student Ministries is a multi-staff department that is on the verge of seeing huge success in reaching a growing student population. With a history of deep investment in students, the church is building a sustainable infrastructure to take the ministry into the future.
This person, who should have at least 5 years experience in student ministry leadership with at least 3 of those in one position, will help implement and carry out the vision of the student ministry, build teams of volunteers and paid staff to create an exciting and welcoming faith community. He or she will join a team that includes a Director of Student Ministries, a Director of Middle School, a Student Ministries Worship Director, an administrative assistant and a volunteer base.
