Director of Student Ministry

A dynamic and growing 800+ member church seeks an energetic, creative, full-time Director of Student Ministries to focus on leadership of Middle and High School students. Key responsibilities will include cultivating relationships, developing weekly programming and working in a team. Candidates must possess a dynamic faith in Jesus Christ, a passion for teenagers, and a deep desire to disciple youth and their families. The candidate should demonstrate an ability to recruit, equip and lead volunteers, and possess teaching skills for a large group setting. Bachelor’s degree required with Youth Ministry Education preferred. Salary negotiable. This position begins July 1, 2012 or before for the right candidate.
