The First Presbyterian Church (USA) of Winter Haven, FL is seeking a full-time Student Ministries Director for our established middle and high school youth ministry program. We are looking for a Christ-centered individual who will demonstrate the ability to spiritually mentor current youth and grow student attendance.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate youth programs
• Work with volunteers
• Establish one-on-one relationships with our youth
• Fundraising activities with youth programs
• Sunday School curriculum
• Local and international mission work
Qualifications:
• College degree
• Successful track record with youth leadership/teaching
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Member of PC(USA) or willingness to become a member of our congregation
