A Christ-centered, Lutheran congregation in central Illinois is looking for a Youth and Family Minister to lead, reinvigorate and develop their youth and family ministry. This is a church that emphasizes teaching, worship and prayer and is a member of the North American Lutheran Church.
The ideal candidate would be someone who can care for young people, build bridges to parents, develop a team and shepherd this ministry toward greater long-term effectiveness.
Good salary package that includes housing. Education/training in the field of youth ministry and experience is preferred.
